📦 Delivery Area

Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.
We do not offer international shipping.


❌ Returns

At Gypsfix, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchased products.

Please make sure to review and select the correct product before completing your purchase.


🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the product has a manufacturing or electrical defect at the time of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The defect must be due to a manufacturing or technical fault, not misuse.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, incorrect installation, or tampering.

Exchanges due to manufacturing defects are free of charge, including delivery.

❌ Exchanges will NOT be accepted if the issue is caused by:

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Incorrect installation

  • Electrical overload or wrong voltage

  • Physical damage or breakage


🛠️ Warranty

All electrical products sold by Gypsfix come with a 6-month electrical warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Covers:

  • Electrical or manufacturing defects

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper installation

  • External or physical damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Use of incorrect electrical specifications
