ORDERS & PAYMENT

Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact details and authorize Gypsfix to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.

PRICING

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gypsfix reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by incorrect pricing.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Gypsfix is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the delivery provider.

NO RETURNS / LIMITED EXCHANGES

Gypsfix does not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanges are permitted only in cases of manufacturing or electrical defects, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery and approved after inspection.

Exchanges are free of charge if the defect is confirmed and not caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or physical damage.

WARRANTY

All electrical products sold by Gypsfix come with a 6-month electrical warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing and electrical defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, external damage, or normal wear and tear.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Gypsfix and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
